LEGAL DOCUMENT

Terms & Disclaimer

By using Pinza.ai you accept the conditions described below.
Last updated: March 2026

01

Nature of the Service

Pinza.ai acts exclusively as a technical facilitator that sets up and manages the user's personal OpenClaw instance.

Pinza.ai does not develop the language models used (such as GPT or Claude) and therefore does not guarantee or accept liability for the accuracy, legality, truthfulness or usefulness of AI-generated content.

The use of the assistant for any purpose is the sole responsibility of the user.

02

API Keys, Costs and External Providers

The user must provide their own API keys.

Pinza.ai shall not be liable for:

— Costs arising from external API usage.

— Suspensions, blocks or cancellations by providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

— Technical failures, interruptions or changes to the infrastructure of such providers.

03

Third-Party Integrations and Services

The service may integrate with platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail or Google Calendar.

Pinza.ai accepts no responsibility for:

— Policy changes or restrictions imposed by those platforms.

— Blocks or loss of access to external accounts.

— Synchronisation errors or failures in external services, including the VPS hosting OpenClaw.

Any loss arising from third-party services is the sole responsibility of the user.

04

Security and Data Custody

Pinza.ai implements AES-256 encryption to protect information.

However, no system is completely invulnerable.

Pinza.ai shall not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from negligent handling of credentials by the user.

It shall also not be liable for critical vulnerabilities in the OpenClaw software outside its direct scope of maintenance.

04b

Google Integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

When the user connects their Google account, Pinza.ai obtains an OAuth2 access token with the permissions explicitly authorised by the user.

These tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and are only transmitted to the user's own OpenClaw server.

Pinza.ai does not read, analyse or process the content of the user's emails, events or files except at the explicit instruction of the user's own assistant.

Access is limited exclusively to the features of each user's personal assistant. Information is never shared between users.

The user may revoke access at any time from their Google account (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps).

Tokens are deleted from our servers if the user cancels their subscription.

05

Professional Use and Critical Decisions

The service does not constitute medical, legal or financial advice of any kind.

The user acknowledges that AI may produce errors, biases or incomplete information.

Any decision based on the assistant is the sole responsibility of the user.

06

Backups

The user is responsible for backing up all information connected to or uploaded to the service, as well as data generated by it.

Failure to maintain backups automatically releases Pinza.ai from any liability for data loss.

07

Service Provision

The service is provided "as is" and subject to availability.

Except for the Ultra plan, which includes a 99.9% SLA, Pinza.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent operation of external integrations.

08

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Pinza.ai shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the service, third-party software, external providers or integrated platforms.

Pinza.ai's total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the user during the last month of subscription.
